I can trace my maternal family to the Harrells of Charleston, South Carolina via Samuel Harrell, son of Leroy Harrell, who died on the Mississippi River around 1803 traveling to Mississippi Territory. Samuel’s son, William, eventually moved to Nacogdoches County, Texas, and a large Harrell presence remains in East Texas to this day. How can I submit my DNA? The contact form does not work.
