Benjamin Smith & Judah of Wythe Co to William Lahugh of Frederick Co; for £110; 123 acres on both sides of Reed Creek, branch of New River; Benjamin & Judah Smith made their marks; witnesses: Andrew Boyd, John Hurst, William Harrell, Daniel Miller, James Brown his mark; partially proved 11 Dec 1792 & fully proven 11 Apr 1793; original deed found at the Courthouse.
