Justices present: William Davies, Stephen Sanders, Jess Evans, David Busterd, and Joseph Kent. Grand Jury: Samuel Ewing, foreman, Michael Steffey, John Snevely, Peter Kinder, Daniel Etter, Martin Woolford, Andw. Porter, William Bonham, William Gleaves, Peter Knave, John Lastley, Adam Harman, John Doak, William Harrell, Samuel Williams, and John Draper, who presented the surveyor of the road from William Rogers to Isaac Shepperd’s by knowledge of Samuel Ewing, William Gleaves, Sr., and William Bonham, yeoman of this county, also recommend to the court that they provide county standards, weights and measures.
