William Harrell & Martha his wife to Henry Honeaker [Honaker], all of Wythe; for $300; tract whereon Humphrey Ellis now lives, containing 8 acres, beginning on a hillside near the still house field; William Harrell signed & Martha did not; recorded 10 May 1803; original deed found at Courthouse; Martha released her dower 10 Mar 1804.
