Will of Joseph Russell, deceased, proved by the oaths of Thomas Boyd, William Harrell, and John Mallory, probate granted John Feeley, one of the executors, bond with William Foster and John Flora for $10,000. William Foster, Thomas Boyd, James Foster and Henry Honeaker or any three, to take the appraisal of the estate.
