Present, Joseph Kent, Joseph Crockett, John P. Nye, James Graham, John Stanger, and Robert Sayers. George Oury account as jailer, $8.92. Daniel Green appointed constable in the 1st Battalion, 35th Regiment. The following are recommended: Jacob T. Fishback as captain of a company of artillery replacing John Ear1y; George Winniford, as 1st lieutenant same, replacing Christopher Oury who refused to qualify; Jacob Harrell 2nd lieutenant same company replacing George Winniford, promoted. Overseers of the poor to bind out Sally Jenkins, poor child.
