Sanders as lieutenant colonel in the 35th Regiment; Taurus Marshall as captain of artillery, replacing Fishback, resigned; James Fullen, 2nd lieutenant of Artillery replacing Marshall, promoted; William Patterson, lieutenant replacing Josiah Reeder, resigned; Elijah Sayers, ensign in the Rifle Company attached to the first Battalion of the 35th Regiment, replacing Samuel Calfee, resigned; Henry Umbarger, lieutenant in Captain Hays’ Company, replacing Absalom McDaniel, resigned; Jacob Woolford, ensign, replacing Patterson, promoted; John Cox, ensign; Reuben Harrell, lieutenant in company commanded by Captain Samuel Draper, 1st Battalion, 35th Regiment; Samuel Sayers, ensign same company.
