Thomas Hurst was appointed overseer of the road from the wagon road on the lands of John Carnahan to the New River at Boyd’s Ford and Andrew Boyd is appointed overseer of the road from the ford to the road at the mouth of Harrells Branch and John Carnahan to allot the hands.
