It was ordered that John P. Mathews, John Foster, Harold Smith and Joseph Draper, or any three, be appointed commissioners to divide the land allotted to Mary Davis in the estate of John Davis, deceased, between James E. Brown, Larkin Johnston, Abraham Davis and Abraham Harrell regarding their respective interests. Jacob Haller and Abraham Harrell Sr., were to serve as guardians ad litem for Abraham Harrell, who is an infant under 21 years of age.
