[Lease] Between Jacob Harril of Frederick County [to] Thomas Robinson of the same County…consideration of five Shillings…Parciel of Land containing One Hundred acres more or less situate lying and being on one of the East Branches of flint Run…corner of John Calfee…it being part of a tract of Land taken up by Reubin Paget…from the Proprietors Office 1749 and since by a Deed of Conveyance become the Estate of said Jacob Harril…yielding and paying rent of one pepper corn at the feast of St. Michaels the Arch angel…
