[Lease] Between Jonathan Harrold of Opehon in County of Frederick [to] John Mills Sen. of the same County both farmers…Consideration of five Shillings…a certain tract of Land which was conveyed by the said John Mills unto the said Jonathan Harrold by deed of sale the 9th June 1743 & being part of that Tract of Land granted to John Mills Sen. by patent Containing 1,315 Acres bearing date 12th Nov. 1735…containing by survey one hundred & fifty Acres…
