[Lease] Between John Mills of County of Frederick farmer [to] Jacob Rees late of Nottingham in County of Chester and Province of Pennsylvania Mason…consideration of five Shillings…Tract of Land sold by Thomas Hills to John Thomson by Indenture the 31st August 1745 and then granted to John Hills by John Tomson by Indenture the 2nd June 1749 all should appear on record…by Estimation containing 130 acres and also that Tract of Land which was conveyed by John Mills to Jonathan Harrold by deed of Sale the 9th March 1743 and now being in possession of sd John Mills by virtue of a Deed of Sale from Harrold the 6th August 1750 both Tracts being part of that tract of Land granted to sd John Mills Sen. by patent containing 1,315 acres the 12th Nov. 1735…
