Between Thomas Cockrell & Deborah his wife of Frederick County [to] Molley Cockrell of said County…consideration of the Love and Goodwill that we bear to our Daughter Molley Cockrell have given granted and confirmed…unto our Daughter Molley Cockrell one certain Tract of Land containing Two Hundred and Fifty Acres…it being the land we Purchased of William Husk…corner to Phillip Crume…in Reubin Pagets line…corner of John Calfee…in case our daughter above named should Die without Heir then to the next child we have and its Heirs…then to our son Simon Peter Trapnall and his heirs…
