[Lease] Between Richard Harrell Jun and Ann Harrell his wife of County of Frederick [to] Isaac Wood of County aforesaid…consideration of Fourteen pounds…Parcell of Land containing fifty Three acres Lying on the East side of Shanando River it being the place where the said Richard Harrell now Lives…at John Harrells corner…to Col. William Russells line…to William Hursts line…it being a certain Tract of land that Richard Harrell Sen. gave his son Richard Harrell Jun. by Deed of Gift…Yielding and paying rent of one Pepper Corn at the feast of St Michael the Archangel…
